Some Information you should know!
ACCOMODATION NOTES
The room rates are based on double occupancy meaning we will pair you with someone who will be a good fit for you based on the time of your flight arrival or questionnaire . You will also be given a chance to get your own single room which will be a higher rate
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Visa Mastercard American express and cash and cash app and mobile money when in Ghana
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
For entry, you will need:
Passport: Valid for 6 months
Visa: We assist with this
Proof: of yellow fever
Travel insurance: Call us for list of recommendations
Airport: Kotoka International Airport (ACC)
RATES
Rates are based on per person for double occupancy and are subjects to change until deposit is confirmed Availability is subject to change.
DEPOSITS
All deposits are non refundable and non transfarable and are due on time of booking the trip. You will forfeit your deposit when you cancel your reservation .
Generally you will forfeit your deposit if you try to change your date of travel.On rare occasion we might try to accommodate your travel date and apply your deposit towards your new date.Again it's case by case bases.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
All payments must be completed by the date stated on your invoice. We will accept partial payments towards you and will be expected to finish your total payment by the date clearly marked on your invoice or your deposits will be forfeited accordingly.
A minimum payment of $600 is required as your first partial payment and subsequent payment can be made at least $200 at a time until payment is made un full.
Reservations without payment for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to non-payment.
